The Smile Identity SDK provides the ability to re-authenticate a person against an image on file, using just a selfie.

Common uses of this action include: app logins and two-factor authentication for high value transactions

The Smile Identity SDK is able to match a selfie that is taken to the image on any identity card.

This is very useful for the enrollment of a user, where the submission of an identity card is required in order to validate the person.

The Smile Identity SDK is able to validate the authenticity of an identity card, against the relevant government database.

In addition, the SDK gives the ability to also validate ownership of the card.
